STM study of defect of the Niobium disulfide (NbS_₂) surface

Niobium disulfide is a kind of 2D materials and transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs). We found some kind of defect on the niobium disulfide surface, like bright point or block hole, with STM. There are few reports about defect on niobium disulfide surface, and we are very interested in the defect. Then we study the defect with STM and STS want to know what happen on the surface.
