In the two-dimensional ReSe₂ atomic crystal structure, there is a strong Re₄ “diamond-like” chain. It is precisely because of the existence of such a chain that the various properties that differ from the orientation of this chain significantly different, that is, anisotropy. We use scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and scanning tunneling spectroscopy to measure sample in two cases, exposure oxygen in mins and after atmosphere in days for comparing difference of morphology and electric properties.
