The three dimensional track finder for the Belle II CDC L1 trigger

We designed a 3D tracking module for the central drift chamber based Level-1 trigger system in the Belle II experiment to reduce the beam backgrounds which are not originated from the interaction point. It determines the z-vertex (z0) and polar angle (θ) of the track using geometric transformations and linear regressions. The principles and performance will be presented in the talk.
